In the overall design of this project, the concept has been to not make any major body modifications but enhance what the factory started back in ’59. So in keeping with said concept the opportunity to better the overall look of the car by simply building a set of new tail light lenses was an obvious choice. The factory lenses are pointy red plastic units, well the new idea was to further extend the point therefore elongating the cars profile and adding a little bit more chrome to the rear of the car.
